circumpolar

Circumpolar refers to objects that never set. To know the circumpolar sky objects in relation to your position, subtract your latitude from 90º and you will get the minimum declination of objects considered as never setting for that location.

They are objects far north in the northern hemisphere and far south in the southern hemisphere that never appear to set from a given latitude.

Circumpolar constellations for the southern hemisphere are listed in my article on southern asterisms.
